In Sivota , on the beautiful ZERI bay a brand new hotel-luxury suites and studios complex (opening June 2014) awaits to offer you unforgettable holidays. It consists of nine luxury apartments of 2 different types. Four (4) suites and five (5) Studios

Each suite is on two levels with an internal staircase. On the first level there is a big living room with:
- Convertible sofa that turns into double bed
- Dining area, fireplace, flat screen TV, WI FI, fully equipped kitchen with fridge – freezer, electric stove, dish washer
- WC
- French windows leading to large balcony with dining table with chairs with a view to the garden and bay.
On the second level there are two large en-suite bedrooms, with access to large balconies with a view to garden and the sea.

Each Studio consists of a spacious room , with a double bed, a sofa that turns into a bed for one or two more people, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a big balcony with a dining area overlooking the garden and the sea. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric stove and fridge-freezer or smaller fridge. One of the studios has been specially - designed for disabled people.
